Yearly Appraisal

Our lean structures demand a high performance organization around the world. Thus we have implemented an annual performance review throughout the entire organization. The appraisal process monitors and recognizes the achievements of our employees over the year. It gives them guidance and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The valuable feedback given in the appraisal process helps to identify people’s talents and motivation and reinforces our corporate culture of passion and a continuous improvement philosophy that “Drives Our Business”.

The main components of our personnel appraisals are:

  • to design development plans in order to promote and challenge employees
  • to monitor our employee's professional development
  • to compare performance results versus agreed upon goals
  • to provide a continuous feedback and communication between the employee and his manager
