Chemetall’s solution avoids costly cooling or rinsing steps and reduces etching rates, lowering phosphate sludge formation. This results in significant savings on energy, water, and maintenance. 

Operating at 40°C when treating aluminum substrates, Gardo Flex offers lower water and energy consumption, longer bath life, minimal effluent volumes, and therefore greater sustainability. The resulting phosphate sludge is easy to remove, preventing blockages and reducing excess waste.
