To ensure smooth and efficient operation in your plant, we simulate each step of the pretreatment process in our lab before commercial application. Whether through test panels or specimens, we replicate your process in our tanks, imitating everything from cleaning to rinsing, just as it will occur in your facility. 

Our lab is equipped with a variety of process units, including immersion/dipping plants, spraying plants, combinations of both, and roll coaters. Skilled specialists monitor every test to ensure that the conditions, treatment times, and overall process are reproduced at 1:1. 

For non-cutting cold forming, we provide a full range of chemicals for surface treatment both before and after the process. This occurs at temperatures below 500°C, ensuring no preheating is needed. In our lab, we can replicate your cold forming processes, including tube drawing, wire drawing, and cold extrusion, according to your exact specifications.
