Activation plays a crucial role in forming a high-quality phosphate layer. Our high efficiency activating agents of our technology Gardolene^® promote the development of a finely crystalline layer on metal surfaces.

During activation, crystallization nuclei form on the metal surface, enabling the development of fine zinc-phosphate coatings.
