What assignments can you expect?

Our trainee program will be designed in a flexible and individual manner so that you will be able to fully develop your talent, contribute your qualifications and optimally prepare for the future target position, which you will define in consultation with us. You can look forward to a large variety of professional challenges and exciting practical and project experiences in an interdisciplinary environment which will also entail working abroad. You will take on responsibility for your own assignments right from the beginning and familiarize yourself with four to five different business areas (e.g. different units in Research and Development or Global Segments). This is what you should bring:

You have successfully completed your diploma or master’s degree in Chemistry, preferably with a focus on coatings, polymers, metal surface studies, or formulation chemistry. You enjoy working autonomously and continuously developing the company further through your dedicated work. You have a confident manner and bring a high level of social competence, strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork. You have been able to gain first professional experience in the framework of relevant internships and you also have international experience. You are business fluent in English – knowledge of a second foreign language would be an additional asset. Mobility and flexibility should be second nature to you.
